What's in a newsletter?
The easy answer is what you want. If you haven't already, take a moment to click on some of the sample pages to the right and see a basic layout of what's possible. Possibilities include feature stories focused on upcoming holidays (such as the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, etc.), car care tips, improving gas mileage, recipe of the month, trivia, this month in history, crossword and sudoku puzzles, monthly customer birthdays, and more. Also included is a page of vehicles from your lot and coupons from the Service and/or Parts Department of your dealership. Choose from a 4 or 6 page layout for maximum flexibility, as well as color or black and white.
Where do the contents come from?
Content can supplied by our copywriters or submitted from the dealership's staff.
How much do I have to do?
At absolute minimum, you would need to provide a customer mailing list, a list of vehicles to advertise from your website (along with special prices and/or payments), and what type of coupons you'd like to offer. For increased customization, simply send us the content as you'd like it to appear in the newsletter and we'll add it in. Would you like to feature a salesperson or service tech each month? How about a short story on a local high school sports team? The possibilities are limitless.
How often should I mail newsletters?
It's totally up to you. Some dealers will want to send one out each month, some every other month, and others every quarter. We're willing to work with you to find a program that works best for your particular needs.
What about the mailing list?
The procedure is identical to doing direct mail - send us your list in Excel format or we can have it downloaded from your system for an additional cost. As an added bonus, this will keep your mailing list up to date with NCOA (National Change Of Address) and make it easier to send out direct mail during the year as well.
