Why should I use direct mail?
Simply put, direct mail is the most cost-effective and efficient way of advertising to potential and current clients. Instead of widespread forms of advertising like radio, newspapers, and television, your message is targeted and sent to the people who are most likely to become customers. Essentially, it puts a billboard inside their mailboxes with your name on it!
What is direct mail?
In a broad sense, direct mail is advertising that is mailed directly to a person's home. Traditionally, it is sent using lower classes of mail (presorted standard for instance).
How is your service different?
In many ways... With a few exceptions, we send all of our mail first class using either a printed indicia or applied stamp - allowing for greater control over delivery dates and service. We also customize all of our pieces to your specifications and work closely with graphic artists to ensure the highest degree of quality for your project. The materials we use are also geared to provide your with the best performance - thicker stocks of paper that hold up better through the mail, brightly colored graphics that will grab attention, and copy that is written clearly with any room for misrerpresentation.
What sizes and types of mailers are available?
The only limits in choosing your types of mail piece are postal regulations and your imagination! One of our most popular choices is a one-piece self-mailer that seals with a tab, which offers lots of room for graphics and text as well as a great price. However, we also offer greeting card style pieces that allow for coupon or voucher inserts and a custom-printed envelope. Postcards are a terrific choice as well whether it be a small invitation to a used vehicle event or an oversized card with service department coupons. We also handle high quality color letters inserted into #10 (business size) envelopes. There are many more options as well, and please make sure you view some of the samples to the right.
Can I use my customer list?
Indeed you can, and we actually recommend using at least part of your customer list for every mailing. Capturing new clients is always the goal, but so is retaining loyal customers and keeping your name fresh in their minds. Either provide us your list in an Excel file or we can have it downloaded for an additional fee. Also, we have access to many other types of lists that we can merge with your own customers and provide a greater variety.
