National Automotive Support, Inc. is a family business that has been providing auto dealers with proven results for over 10 years. Owned and operated by the mother-daughter team of Janice Tabone and Kimberly Jones, we take a great deal of pride in the quality of our direct mail campaigns and our competitive pricing. Between planning events and working at dealerships, our staff has over 25 combined years of experience in the automotive industry.

Our Services

A National Automotive Support sales event is designed specifically to provide the most "bang for the buck" by using eye-catching graphics and invitation style to bring customers to your showroom. We offer both hosted and unhosted sales events.

We begin by customizing the mail piece of your choice to reflect the rebates and vehicles available at your dealership. Recipients are carefully selected from either a Polk or Garage Selector list, then merged and purged with your own customer list. Everything is then sent by First Class mail to ensure it arrives a few days prior to the sale.

The day of the sale, our staff will arrive to assist in preparation for the sale, and conduct a sales meeting if you'd like. The advantage of a hosted sale is that our professional and courteous staff will greet and pre-qualify potential buyers throughout the event. This means that they will record all pertinent information (name, address, phone number, trade make and model, payoff, and the vehicle they are interested in), determine if they are a buyer, and then hand them off to your staff. By doing this, your sales staff spends less time with introductory questions, more time finding the right vehicle, and can concentrate on the sale right from the beginning.
